NOTE: 1st s. & h. ap.He was restored in blood in 25 E III and to all his lands andgoods, the which he had lost when attainedted in 4 E III undersuspicion of having a hand in the death of Edmund earl of Kent,,E III's uncle; but this John M was out of the country at thattime. Most ofthese lands had been in the hands of Mauriceberkeley his uncle for Maurice's life.
